Brett brings with him over 20 years of professional experience as a technical sales expert in the Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) industry, specializing in sales, channel marketing, business development, and strategic alliances. His extensive background covers a wide range of vertical markets including retail, manufacturing, field service, healthcare, and warehouse management, primarily focused on business-to-business environments.
Previously, Brett served as Director of Global Channel Sales at Ivanti, where he was responsible for driving significant channel growth and developing global partner strategies. Prior to his role at Ivanti, Brett spent six successful years as a Senior Business Development Manager at Panasonic, further solidifying his extensive industry expertise and channel management capabilities.
Throughout his career, Brett has consistently demonstrated his ability to cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and direct sales teams, successfully developing and managing nationwide channel organizations. His deep understanding of channel dynamics and his customer-centric sales driven approach have enabled him to effectively align partner and organizational goals, significantly enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Brett's approach to sales is distinctly customer-focused, dedicating more than half his time directly engaging with partners and end-users. His commitment to fully understanding their unique business challenges and requirements has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement, elevating both partner satisfaction and customer success.
